1. On Wednesday I did a small presentation of the project work at NeSC, which seemed to be OK.
2. Jano provided feedback on the last draft submitted last week. I have done quite a lot of work on it since then anyway, so a few of the comments have been pre-empted. However, the other ones will be integrated into the final draft.
3. The responses received from Wendy have mostly been implemented in the system. All that remains is to try and improve on the links editing functionality.
4. In terms of other functionality, the new user system is ready, with REST implementation. The content still needs to be updated though.
5. Having looked over what remains to be done, the answer is: implement the FTP file uploads for Gene Ontology; implement a better link editing mechanism; update NPD website content; complete writing of testing report and documentation; make the required diagrams for the final dissertation draft; write the final dissertation draft.
