1st May 2009 - the wiki for the 'grid enabling a biomedical database' project is set up. The official start for this project is 1st June 2009. However, some initial exploratory work will be carried out and documented.

1st June 2009 - the project is now under way. Further details will be added to the below pages and links as the project progresses.

1st July 2009 - problems with original NPD lead to an increase in refactor/redevelop work. Also ogsadai may not be suitable. Alternatives are being considered.

1st August 2009 - ogsadai is no longer in use. web/soap services are being used to interact with taverna for workflow.

21st August 2009 - the dissertation is completed and submitted. Links below still contain useful information, and some further setup work will continue.
